Elf on the Shelf Pre-Christmas Giveaway Extravaganza!

Win one of FOUR Elf on the Shelf Prizes!!

The Elf on the Shelf is a new tradition in our home, one that we started during Christmas of 2011 at the suggestion of my mom. It has been one of the coolest traditions that we have and it's fun for me and fun for Aiden, too!

I've become aware that many find the elf to be a bit creepy, but I don't at all! I have a blast getting our elf, Fiddlesticks, ready to pop up in the most unexpected places each morning in December! He shows up at our house on the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and heads back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve, after Aiden goes to bed. As much fun as I have posing the little elf, Aiden enjoys finding him each morning, even more! Fiddlesticks is a feisty, mischievous little elf that leaves Aiden rolling around in fits of laughter.

  2. Hi!!! I am fairly new to the ASD community. In January 2012 my youngest was diagnosed with ASD. I thought I was the only one in my community and really felt like I was floating on an iceberg. The first thing I did was go online to see what info/support I could find. I found Aiden's Autism Army on facebook. Reading Amanda's posts about the good, bad & ugly made me feel like I was not the only one. It helps so much to be able to finally talk to someone and they can relate to what I am saying. This has inspired me to pay it forward. Where I can, I try to educate & network with others. My kids take karate and we sort of started a little group while we wait for our kids. We talk about all sorts of things. Funny thing is one evening we found out that we all have special needs kids in one way or another. Not only does the hour fly. It makes me feel like I am a part of a greater good. Where as before we were not invited over for anything. Sort of felt like we lived on another planet. To now my kids have a group that really do not care if they are cool or not. Watching Amanda take a simple idea and really creating this wonderful community is a true inspiration that I hope I can emulate. So, thank you Amanda for helping me realize how truly AUSOME our kiddos truly are. I would never trade this journey for the world. <3

  5. My daughter got one for my grandson. My grandson is on his best behavior when his elf Buddy is around. Buddy even got special permission from Santa to come to his birthday party in July. That was a gift in itself. We love Elf on a Shelf!

  8. Our family is excited to be part of such a wonderful organization. To have come across an organization as dedicated and giving was a true blessing.

I have seen Elf on the Shelf's many times, but I have never seen the Birthday Elf. My daughter has many birthday's to come that this would be a fantasic gift as she grows up.

  10. Yet another amazing and generous program by TAWL....you continuously bring joy to so many lives.

The elf on the shelf is such a great experience for families that can keep many smiles on their faces even on the darkest days. The new birthday book is great addition to the Elf on Shelf collection. My daughters love to see the antics the elves get into as we watch the various post of my friends on facebook or if we check pintrest.
